Knights Blog

blog post

As we step into the month of May, we are reminded that growth does not happen by accident—it is cultivated through discipline, consistency, and faithfulness. Just as a knight trains daily to sharpen his sword, we too must sharpen our spirits through the Word of God. “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” – Psalm 119:105
The Word is not merely something we read—it is something we live. It guides our decisions, strengthens us in battle, and anchors us when the world around us feels uncertain.
A Call to Stand Firm In a world full of shifting values and constant noise, the Knights of the Word are called to stand firm. Not swayed by culture. Not weakened by doubt. But rooted deeply in truth. Being a knight is not about appearance—it is about conviction. When others compromise, we stand. When others fear, we trust.
When others drift, we remain anchored in Christ. Sharpening the Sword A dull sword is ineffective in battle. Likewise, a neglected spiritual life leaves us unprepared. This month, challenge yourself to go deeper:

  • Spend intentional time in Scripture daily
  • Meditate on a verse throughout your day
  • Speak truth over your life and others
  • Encourage a fellow brother or sister in faith
  • Even a few consistent moments each day can transform your walk.

Guarding the Heart
Knights are not only warriors—they are guardians. We must guard our hearts, minds, and words. What we allow in shapes what comes out. Let May be a month where we:

  • Replace negativity with truth
  • Replace fear with faith
  • Replace distraction with devotion
  • Walking in Purpose
  • You were not called to a passive life. You were called to purpose.

Each word you speak, each action you take, each choice you make—these are opportunities to reflect Christ. Whether in your home, your workplace, or your community, you carry the light of the Word. Walk boldly in that calling.
Final Charge

  • Knights of the Word, take up your sword.
  • Stand firm. Speak truth. Live faithfully.
  • Let this month be marked by growth, discipline, and unwavering commitment to the Word of God.
  • “Be strong and of a good courage… for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” – Joshua 1:9

Iran War against Evil Regime

My personal post... by Sir Andrew W. P. Gage
I do not support the war in Iran for economic, political, or military gain. I see it as a just war to end the evil of the Islamic Clerics cult of death. To end the misery of the Iranian people who have been murdered in the tens of thousands. To protect the world from nuclear extortion and a people who wish to end the world. To kill all who are not them. It is not about oil, getting rich, gaining power, that is why you cannot understand God's purpose. Not Trump, he is only a cog in God's plan. God uses evil nations to punish evil nations and set the world right.

As Christians we are called to help our neighbor. We are not defending ourselves as much as defending the world against an aggressive evil cult. I do not declare all Islam guilty, Only the Clerics whom teach the cult of death. It is not a Holy War in the sense of one religion against another, But a war of truth. a culture of life over a culture of death. Against a group of people who preach death as the ultimate goal. To force God's will and make Him come and destroy the Earth. This is Man telling God what to do.

My God is Truth...For He made it all. He is the author of life and creation. The goal of it's destruction is clearly the desire of Satan, who hates man and all creation. I ask, who's voice are you listening to when you seek the destruction of God's world? The God whom gave freewill, love, joy and compassion? To allow evil men to kill, maim, destroy, all of creation, including themselves. That is a truly evil act and must be confronted.

Please share and repost if you too understand this!

As we step into April, a season often marked by renewal and growth, we are reminded that our spiritual lives are also meant to flourish. Just as the earth awakens and stretches toward the light, so too are we called to rise, stand firm, and root ourselves deeply in the Word of God. Being a Knight of the Word is not about title or appearance—it is about devotion, discipline, and daily surrender. It is about becoming men and women who not only read the Word but live it, defend it, and allow it to shape every thought, decision, and action.

The Call to Stand Firm

In a world filled with shifting values and constant noise, standing firm in truth is both a challenge and a calling. The Word of God is our anchor. It does not change with culture, opinion, or circumstance. When we build our lives upon it, we gain stability in the midst of uncertainty.

Standing firm means:

Holding fast to truth even when it is unpopular
Choosing obedience over convenience
Trusting God’s promises over our feelings

This kind of faith is not passive—it is active, intentional, and often requires courage. The Discipline of the Word A true Knight trains daily. Just as a warrior sharpens his sword, we must sharpen our spirit through Scripture. The Word is our weapon, our guide, and our source of strength.

Ask yourself:

  • Am I consistently spending time in God’s Word?
  • Do I meditate on it throughout the day?
  • Am I applying what I learn, or just hearing it?

Growth does not happen by accident. It is cultivated through discipline, prayer, and a hunger for truth.

Guarding the Mind

April is a perfect time to renew not just habits, but thoughts. Scripture calls us to take every thought captive and bring it into obedience to Christ. What we allow into our minds shapes who we become.

Be mindful of:

  • What you watch
  • What you listen to
  • What you dwell on

Fill your mind with truth, and you will walk in strength. Walking in Purpose Knights of the Word are not called to stand still—we are called to move with purpose. Each day is an opportunity to reflect Christ in our words, actions, and attitudes.

This month, commit to:

  • Encouraging someone with Scripture
  • Standing boldly for truth in love
  • Serving others with humility

Growing deeper in your relationship with God

Final Charge

April is not just another month—it is an opportunity. An opportunity to grow stronger, stand taller, and walk more faithfully as a Knight of the Word. Rise with purpose. Stand with conviction. Live by the Word. Let your life be a testimony of truth, strength, and unwavering faith. “Be doers of the word, and not hearers only.”

Stay steadfast,Knights of the Word.

Stand Firm in the Word

As winter slowly releases its grip and the first signs of spring begin to appear, March reminds us that seasons change. The cold ground begins to soften, the days grow longer, and life quietly prepares to rise again. For those who serve Christ, this is also a powerful reminder of spiritual renewal. At Knights of the Word, we believe that every Christian is called to stand firm in the truth of God's Word. Like knights of old who stood guard over kingdoms, believers are called to guard their hearts, protect truth, and live faithfully in a world that often rejects it. Standing Firm in Scripture
The Bible teaches us that God's Word is our foundation. In a world filled with shifting ideas and uncertain voices, Scripture remains constant.
When we build our lives on God's Word, we gain strength, clarity, and purpose. Just as a knight trains with his sword, Christians must train themselves in Scripture. Reading, studying, and meditating on the Word prepares us for the challenges we face every day.
Faith is not meant to remain passive. It is meant to be lived.
Courage in a Changing World
Today, standing for biblical truth can feel difficult. Cultural pressure, ridicule, and misunderstanding can make believers hesitant to speak openly about their faith.
But courage has always been part of the Christian walk.
The early church faced persecution yet remained steadfast. They understood that their allegiance was first to Christ. As modern-day knights of faith, we are called to show the same courage—not through anger or pride, but through humility, love, and unwavering commitment to the truth.
Living as Knights of the Word
Being a knight of the Word is not about titles or status. It is about devotion.
It means:
Defending truth with wisdom
Serving others with humility
Living with integrity
Remaining faithful to Christ
A true knight does not fight for personal glory. A true knight serves the King.
For Christians, that King is Jesus Christ.
Every act of kindness, every moment of faithfulness, and every word spoken in truth becomes part of our spiritual service to Him.
A Call for This Month
As we move through March, take time to strengthen your walk with God.
Consider these simple challenges:
Spend time in Scripture daily
Pray for courage and wisdom
Encourage another believer
Stand firm in your faith
The world does not need louder Christians. It needs faithful ones.
May this month be a time when the men and women of Knights of the Word grow stronger in faith, deeper in Scripture, and bolder in living for Christ.
Stand firm.
Speak truth.
Serve the King.

Visions of God in Heaven

Young men will have visions and old men will dream dreams... What happens when you have a revelation start in a bible study only to become even deeper in a dream? While I do not declare this dogma, it is something to contemplate. During my bible study the Holy Spirit revealed God's nature can be found in everything in creation. The rocks, movies, books, people, even the worldly things around us. God not only knows the count of the hairs on our heads, but each atom that makes it up. From the smallest thought, to the furthest star in the Universe. The smallest most insignificant thing to the macro world around us. The thoughts of our minds, and the actions we do in private. The history of Adam to the end of all things. Grace and the Holy Spirit are in all things.

There is no need of Sun and Moon in Heaven, because God is the light that fills all things. What is that glory we see as light, that comes from His very essence? It is Love, joy, compassion, hope and most of all truth. It is the very nature of God Himself. He cannot change it without altering the Universe, which He will not do. We as man are fickle minded and God is constant and dependable. The Glory and the Grace that spreads into all creation and beyond, is His will to nurture and create which is ongoing forever. We see it as a light, but it is so much more. When we sinned, we cut ourselves off from that light. Now we fear God instead of love Him as we should. We fall on our faces not so much out of fear, but from the awesome nature we cannot fathom. We run from God because that light exposes truths we would rather not face. We run and hide in the deepest darkest hole we can find. We hide from ourselves.

All day long God holds out His hands to us, waiting for us to rush into His arms. Yet sin holds us prisoner, a guilt that destroys, a guilt that binds us to Hell. So God, in His great mercy, provides us a way to remain with Him. He sent Jesus to heal the sin, to allow us to find mercy and forgiveness. To cover the sins from the revealing light that is His very nature. To allow us to exist with Him in Heaven for eternity. God cannot put out His light without creation coming apart. He is forever creating as other things crumble into nothingness. To shut off that light would end all things. It is His love for His creation that keeps it alive. He cannot change His very nature without destroying what He loves.

People ask: Why does God allow bad things to happen? Earthquakes, wars, famines, pestilence, and even death? It is part of a world the renews itself with birth out of decay and renews millions of souls where the Earth could never sustain us all at once. He makes it possible to refresh the world and make it beautiful. We question what we do not understand and blame Him for the very things that sustain us and give us freewill. God gave us choice, and to have choice you must have choices. He wants us to choose Him freely, by accepting His Son, and receiving that freewill gift of Loving Him back.

“Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.” — Psalm 119:11 (KJV)

As we enter the month of February, we are reminded that this season is often associated with love, commitment, and reflection. For us as Knights of the Word, February is an opportunity to deepen our love for God, strengthen our devotion to His Word, and renew our commitment to walk in righteousness. In a world filled with distractions and shifting values, God calls His people to stand firm on the truth of Scripture. This month, let us recommit ourselves to being faithful students, defenders, and doers of God’s Word.

The Call to Be Knights of the Word -- A knight is known for courage, discipline, and loyalty. As believers, we are called to carry these same qualities in our spiritual walk.

The Bible reminds us: “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” — Ephesians 6:11 (KJV)

Our primary weapon is the Word of God. It teaches us how to live, how to love, how to forgive, and how to overcome temptation. When we study and apply Scripture daily, we become strong and steady in our faith.

Love Rooted in Truth February is often focused on romantic love, but Scripture teaches us about a greater and deeper love—the love of Christ. “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” — Romans 5:8 (KJV)

As Knights of the Word, we are called to reflect this love in our homes, churches, and communities. True love is patient, faithful, sacrificial, and rooted in truth. When our love is grounded in God’s Word, it becomes a powerful testimony to others.

Strength Through Daily Scripture -- Spiritual strength does not happen by accident. It is built through consistent time in prayer and Scripture. Consider these daily practices for February: Read at least one chapter of the Bible each day, Begin and end each day with prayer, Write down one verse that speaks to you each week, Share a Scripture with someone who needs encouragement

“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” — Matthew 4:4 (KJV)

When we feed on God’s Word daily, our faith grows stronger and our hearts become more sensitive to His leading.

Standing Strong in Difficult Times

Winter months can bring physical and emotional challenges. Some face illness, loss, loneliness, or uncertainty. During these times, God’s Word becomes our anchor. “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1 (KJV)

As Knights, we are not only called to endure hardship but to encourage one another. Let us be quick to pray, quick to listen, and quick to offer hope through Scripture.

Brothers and sisters, God has called us to be bold, faithful, and unwavering in His truth. Let us carry His Word in our hearts and display His love through our lives.

“Be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord.” — 1 Corinthians 15:58 (KJV)

May this February be a season of renewed faith, deeper understanding, and stronger unity among the Knights of the Word.

Heavenly Father, We thank You for Your holy Word that guides, strengthens, and encourages us. Help us to walk faithfully before You. Give us wisdom, courage, and compassion as we serve You and others. Unite the Knights of the Word in love and truth, and let our lives bring glory to Your name.

In Jesus’ name, Amen..

Knights of the Word - January 2026, Standing firm at the dawn of a New Year!

As we step into January 2026, we stand at the threshold of a new season—one filled with fresh opportunities, renewed purpose, and a deeper call to walk faithfully with God. A new year is more than a change of dates; it is an invitation from the Lord to reflect, reset, and recommit ourselves to His Word.
The Apostle Paul reminds us: “Forget what is behind and strain toward what is ahead. I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 3:13–14 (NIV)

A Call to Spiritual Readiness
As Knights of the Word, we are not passive observers of our faith—we are active participants. God calls us to be vigilant, grounded, and courageous in a world that often drifts away from truth. This year, let us renew our commitment to daily Scripture, earnest prayer, and obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit. January is a time to ask ourselves important questions:
Am I truly rooted in God’s Word?
Am I living out my faith with boldness and humility?
Am I allowing God to shape my character and direction?

The Sword of the Spirit
Scripture tells us that the Word of God is our weapon (Ephesians 6:17). A knight who neglects his sword is unprepared for battle. In the same way, we must stay sharp by consistently studying, meditating on, and applying God’s Word to our lives.
This month, make it a goal not just to read the Bible, but to live it. Let the Word challenge you, correct you, strengthen you, and guide you.

Walking Forward Together
Knights of the Word is not a journey meant to be walked alone. We are a brotherhood united by faith, purpose, and love for Christ. Encourage one another, pray for one another, and stand shoulder to shoulder as we move forward into 2026. God is faithful. He is already at work in this new year, preparing paths we cannot yet see. Trust Him, follow Him, and remain steadfast.

January Prayer
Lord, as we begin this new year, we place our trust fully in You. Strengthen us as Knights of the Word. Help us to walk in truth, love, and obedience. May Your Word be our guide, Your Spirit our counselor, and Your glory our aim. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Let us step into January 2026 with confidence—not in ourselves, but in the One who goes before us.
Stand firm. Stay faithful. Live the Word.

Preparing our Hearts for the King - Sir William Hooper

As the season of Advent continues, the Knights of the Word gather once more in spirit and purpose to prepare our hearts for the coming of our King. Advent is not only a celebration of Christ’s birth, but a reminder that we are called to stand watch—faithful, hopeful, and ready for His return.

Just as knights of old kept their lamps burning through long nights, we too are invited to keep the flame of faith alive within us. The world offers many distractions and battles, yet the Word of God lights our path and strengthens our resolve.

Scripture for Reflection

Isaiah 9:2 (KJV)

“The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined.”

During Advent, this promise speaks directly to our calling. Christ is the Great Light that pierces every shadow. As Knights of the Word, we are commissioned to carry that light boldly—into our homes, our communities, and our daily walk.

A Season of Waiting with Purpose

Waiting is not passive. Advent teaches us that waiting is an act of worship. We wait with expectation, with prayer, and with dedication to the Word. Each day we draw nearer to celebrating the miracle of Christ’s birth, and each day we sharpen our spiritual armor.

We wait with hope, knowing God’s promises never fail.

We wait with peace, trusting in the One who reigns.

We wait with joy, remembering the good news proclaimed to the shepherds.

We wait with love, reflecting the heart of our Savior.

A Call to Stand Firm

In this holy season, let us renew our commitment to Scripture, to prayer, and to living as ambassadors of God’s Kingdom. Let us encourage one another, lift up the weary, and speak life wherever darkness tries to take ground.

May every Knight of the Word shine as a beacon of truth, embodying the message of Advent:

The King has come—and the King is coming again.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, as we journey through this Advent season, prepare our hearts to receive Your Son with fresh wonder and devotion. Strengthen us as Knights of the Word to stand firm in truth, walk in Your light, and share the hope of Christ with the world. May our lives reflect the glory of the One who came to save us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Does fear of God save you?

Does seeking God out of fear save them? No. That is like the rat seeking to save himself from a bad outcome. That is not love of God. It is selfish in nature and God is selfless. Can a person from a selfish act become selfless? Maybe, fear can be a wakeup call, but fear alone will not save you. The only people who exist in Heaven will be those who are Children of God, those who love God. Those whom wish to live under His rules and agree with them. The Glory of God is pure Truth, Love, Compassion, Beauty. It shines forth in Heaven and there is no need of a sun or moon to light the Heavens. The truth of His glory would burn a sinner and cause them to run from God Just as Adam hid from God, we would run to Hell to hide from that revealing light. Someone who is selfish, the light will reveal that as plain as day. So how do we fall in love with God? We spend time with Him, we believe in what He believes in, we develop a relationship with Him here. That cannot be done at the last trumpet call, that cannot be done only after you see the end coming. I am not God, nor Jesus, and I rest my trust in His judgement, but common sense dictates we do not wait to develop a relationship with the groom!

Knights of the Word serve where God places us

I, a "Knight of the Word", a Catholic serving in a Nondenominational Ministry, strange as it may seem, we are called to serve as God wills, and He does not think like man thinks. I, a disabled man, am able to serve in an online ministry, a place I can serve. Called to help those like me, homebound, or otherwise unable to easily attend church, without great risk of falling and causing further harm. God has been with me for many years, teaching me, growing me in faith, but locked in a body that is limited. Passed over by the rest of the world, with no money, but time, I do have. A gift I do have as the Holy Spirit with me, opening the Word as I read it. Sharing it with others. Through CLI and Trinity of Christ Ministries, I am a "Minister Officiant" ordained to serve the online world for Jesus. While my body limits me to a few hundred feet, or standing for only a few minutes, my ministry can touch the whole world, first by the "Knights of the Word" and Trinity of Christ Ministries. Again, God uses our feebleness to do great things. It never stops amazing me how He works.
